Gwenny Heene

Gwenny Heene is a seasoned professional in financial management and business controlling, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Excellence for Fresenius Medical Care in the Benelux region since June 2020. Previously held roles include Manager Business Controlling and Controlling Manager for Antalis, where responsibilities included coordination of financial forecasting and reporting, as well as financial analysis to improve operational efficiencies. Prior to Antalis, Gwenny led a team at Securitas Belgium and served as a Business Partner at Ecolab, focusing on partnership and decision support for various business divisions. Gwenny's career began at BNP Paribas Fortis as a customer advisor. Gwenny holds a Master’s degree in Political and Social Studies from Rijks Universiteit Gent, specializing in government studies with a focus on management and economics.
