Indumathy Karthikeyan

Indumathy Karthikeyan currently serves as the Head of Workplace Experience at Fresenius Medical Care, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Indumathy was the Head of HR for Alcon Global Services from January 2023 to May 2025 and Vice President of People Experience at TVS Next between July 2021 and January 2023. Indumathy's earlier experience includes roles in talent acquisition and staffing at Novartis, senior human resources management at Cognizant, heading the HR Global Service Center at FLSmidth, HR management at Nokia, HR relationship management at Scope International, and serving as an escalation manager at Tata Consultancy Services. Indumathy holds an MBA in HR from Anna University Chennai and a B.A. in Economics from Ethiraj College for Women.
