Ken Gibby

Ken Gibby is a seasoned packaging engineer with extensive experience in the medical device sector. Currently serving as a Senior Packaging Engineer at Fresenius Medical Care since August 2015, Ken focuses on R&D for new medical device packaging related to dialysis. Previously held the position of Senior Engineer II in Packaging at Zimmer, where involvement included new packaging development for implant devices and laboratory setup and qualification. Ken's career also includes significant roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where design and qualification of packaging for various product lines was a key responsibility, and at Kyocera Wireless as a Mechanical Engineer, primarily in packaging. Early in the career, Ken worked as a Packaging Design Specialist at both Metabolife International and Maxell Corporation of America. Ken holds a BS in Industrial Design and Psychology from Arizona State University, completed in 1993.
