Kimberly Mae Bicos

Kimberly Mae Bicos, RPm, currently serves as a Workday Reporting Senior Specialist at Fresenius Medical Care since September 2025. Previously, Kimberly held the position of Workday Reporting Specialist at ING Hubs Philippines from September 2022 to September 2025, and worked as an HRIS Shared Services Advocate at TaskUs from April 2021 to August 2022. Kimberly's career began at IBM as an HR Service Administrator from January 2020 to March 2021, following a role as a Human Resources Associate at Accenture from February 2018 to June 2019. Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completing studies from June 2013 to April 2017.
