Nancy Stueland

Nancy Stueland, M.S.Ed., CPXP, serves as the Patient Experience Director at Marshfield Clinic Health System since 2005, where leadership focuses on enhancing patient-centric health care delivery through collaboration with patients, providers, and staff. Prior roles include Corporate Education Manager, where Nancy provided direction for corporate curriculum development, Reimbursement Educator, responsible for educational programs regarding coding and payer policies, and Continuing Medical Education Specialist, ensuring compliance with accrediting organizations. Additionally, since November 2020, Nancy has been the Co-chair of the Ambulatory Care Council at The Beryl Institute. Nancy holds a Master of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Lawrence University.
