Ricarda Hoecker

Ricarda Hoecker serves as the Senior Manager of the Transformation Office HR Lead at Fresenius Medical Care since March 2022, following a role as Manager of HR Change Management, Communication & Training for HR Cloud Systems. Previously, Ricarda worked at Röchling Automotive from September 2015 to February 2022, holding positions such as Specialist in HR Development Global and HR Generalist, as well as a Working Student in HR from May 2011 to September 2015. Earlier experience includes an HR internship at Robert Bosch in Madrid in 2013 and an internship in sales at HUGO BOSS FRANCE in 2009. Ricarda holds a Master of Science in Management from both the University of Mannheim and HEC Montréal, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Kultur & Wirtschaft Französisch from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor of Arts in BWL from Universidad de Sevilla.
