Scott Young

Scott Young is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee experience, culture, and engagement consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience at Fresenius Medical Care, Scott leads initiatives aimed at enhancing employee and patient experiences through various programs. Prior roles include Consulting Excellence Director and Director of Client Consulting at Perceptyx, where Scott focused on consulting processes and client engagement strategies. As Managing Director of Culture Solutions at CultureIQ, Scott developed a proprietary culture framework and led client consulting initiatives. Scott's earlier experience includes significant leadership roles at CEB (now Gartner) and Valtera Corporation, where Scott contributed to influential research and consulting practices in employee engagement. Scott holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northern Illinois University and a B.A. in Psychology and Economics from Ripon College.
