Dr. Michael Moser

Dr. Michael Moser is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management and finance within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Member of the Management Board at Fresenius Group since July 2023, Dr. Moser oversees Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and Sustainability among other areas. Additional roles include active membership on the Supervisory Boards of VAMED and ENERCON. Previously, Dr. Moser held several key positions, including Deputy CEO and CFO at Enerjisa, Managing Director and CFO at E.ON, and Chief Business Development Officer at Eneva. With a robust educational background featuring degrees from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and The Wharton School, Dr. Moser's expertise in M&A and corporate legal affairs is complemented by a Doctor of Law from Goethe University Frankfurt.
