Jennifer Weihs

Jennifer Weihs has a diverse work experience in various roles within different companies. Jennifer started their career as an Honorardozentin at the International School of Management in 2011. Jennifer then worked as a Consultant at Kienbaum from October 2011 to August 2014. Jennifer later joined hkp/// group as a Senior Consultant from September 2014 to September 2016. Jennifer further gained experience as a Manager at Willis Towers Watson from October 2016 to September 2017. In 2017, they became a Principal at Korn Ferry until May 2019. From June 2019 to September 2021, they served as the Vice President Talent Management at the Fresenius Group, and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources at the same company since October 2021. Additionally, they have been working as an Honorardozentin at DHBW Lörrach since March 2018.

Jennifer Weihs attended Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Dipl. Psych. (univ.) degree in Psychology. In addition, they completed a Diploma in Organizational Behavior at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) during the academic year 2010-2011.
