Lena Trautmann

Lena Trautmann has extensive experience in sustainability reporting and investor relations, currently serving as the Head of Sustainability Reporting & Communications at Fresenius Group since July 2007. In this role, Lena focuses on compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and effective sustainability communication with stakeholders. Previous positions at Fresenius Group include Director of Group ESG and Director of Investor Relations & Sustainability, where responsibilities encompassed non-financial reporting and capital markets communication. Lena's earlier career includes roles at Augusta Technologie AG and Stippich & Partner GmbH, as well as foundational experience in public relations. Lena holds a recent executive education certification in Strategy, Change and Collaboration from Universität St.Gallen and a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from accadis Hochschule Bad Homburg.
