Gabriel Diaz

Gabriel Diaz is a seasoned professional in agricultural operations with over 15 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Field Operations for Fresh Del Monte in Mexico and California since September 2017, Gabriel has previously held the position of Ag Manager at DOLE Fresh Vegetables from December 2007 to September 2017. Responsibilities have included acting as a grower representative, collaborating closely with crop production on a variety of vegetables, and managing yearly planting schedules alongside senior management. Gabriel's expertise also encompasses cost price negotiations with growers to ensure the procurement of high-quality products. Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned in 2006.
