Octavio Paramo

Octavio Paramo currently serves as the Director of Operations at Fresh Del Monte, a role held since January 2021, where responsibilities also include the Director of Maintenance and Senior Maintenance Manager. Prior to this, Octavio Paramo accumulated extensive experience at DOLE Fresh Vegetables from October 2004 to January 2021, advancing through various positions including Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Requisitioner, Shipping and Receiving Lead, and initial roles in Production. This diverse background reflects significant expertise in operations and maintenance management within the fresh produce industry.
