Telémaco Domínguez has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Telémaco is currently serving as the Director of Finance and Accounting for Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Microsoft as a Senior Finance Manager, focusing on Controls & Compliance in LATAM from January 2018 to February 2021. Before joining Microsoft, they were associated with Johnson Controls for a significant period of time. Telémaco held various positions at Johnson Controls, including Operations Controller for Building Solutions in Latin America, Finance Director for Latin America Product and Distribution, Finance Director for Middle America & Southern Cone, Finance Manager for BE Middle America, and Country Finance Manager for BE Peru. Telémaco'sroles at Johnson Controls included responsibilities such as trade working capital performance, process standardization and improvement, establishment of internal control environments, budgeting and forecasting, driving profitable business growth, and implementation and improvement of finance processes. Prior to joining Johnson Controls, they worked as a Senior Internal Auditor at Deloitte for three years. In this role, they were involved in financial and operational audits and mentored and evaluated staff performance. Telémaco started their career as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte.

Telémaco Domínguez earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with majors in Accounting and Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1999-2003. Later, in 2015-2016, they obtained a Master's Degree in Finance from OBS Business School.
