Harshal Dave has a vast and diverse work experience in various technical and leadership roles. Harshal began their career as a Senior Technical Lead at NTT America in 2000. Harshal then worked at Accenture as a Senior Project Manager, where they enhanced the order management system and managed development resources for a large project. After that, they returned to NTT America as a Senior Technical Manager and held the highest technical position at the company.
In 2008, Harshal founded their own consulting startup called IT Web Apps and later partnered with Jazz Wireless Data, where they served as the Director of IT and Architecture, overseeing the migration of data and creating a billing engine and customer telecom provisioning portal. Harshal continued to guide Jazz Wireless Data as the Technology/Customer Solutions Director, responsible for the company's technical team and technology stack.
Harshal then joined Kore Telematics as the Senior Director of IT & Architecture, where they integrated and migrated products, carrier integrations, and customers into the Kore PRiSM Pro and SID platforms. Harshal also created product enhancement plans and deployment approaches.
In 2015, Harshal worked as a Partner at BizCloud Experts, where they successfully proposed a cloud architecture for the Department of Labor's Unemployment systems. Harshal then moved to IBM as a Contractor, managing and implementing an environment for Crystal+ and a BigInsights/Hadoop environment for telecom analytics.
Recently, they joined Fresh Gravity as the Director of Client Success, focusing on Data Management and Integration. Harshal is responsible for delivering data management initiatives and providing technical leadership and solution architecture for MDM implementation projects.
Throughout their career, Harshal has demonstrated expertise in various technologies such as Big Data, Cloud Architecture, and Data Management. Their work experience showcases their ability to lead teams, architect solutions, and successfully implement projects.
Harshal Dave completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Texas A&M University from 1992-1994. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering at the same university from 1994-1995.
