Bruce Doucette

Bruce Doucette has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Bruce started their career in 1991 at Outback Steakhouse, where they held various roles such as Joint Venture Partner, Managing Partner, and Hourly/Manager. Bruce worked at Outback Steakhouse until 2022. In 2022, Bruce joined Fresh Hospitality LLC as the CEO/Operations Partner at Vui's Kitchen.

Bruce Doucette attended Forest High School from 1986 to 1991. Bruce then pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the College of Central Florida from 1991 to 1993. Afterward, they studied at Pellissippi State Community College from 1993 to 1995, but it is unclear whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during that time.
