Louis Otero brings extensive experience in the restaurant industry with a focus on management and culinary leadership. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Fresh Kitchen since December 2019, Louis has also held significant roles at The Cheesecake Factory as Senior II Kitchen Manager from March 2017 to December 2019, and as Assistant General Manager at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar from March 2016 to March 2017. Prior experience includes positions such as Executive Chef at Texas de Brazil and various managerial roles at Olive Garden. Louis Otero holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management and an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts, both from Universidad Del Este.
