Kristen Cassacia

Kristen Cassacia is currently serving as an Evaluation and Learning Analyst at Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY) since July 2023. Prior to this role, Kristen worked as a Solution Engineer and Junior Solution Engineer at WalkMe™ from February 2021 to July 2023. Kristen’s experience also includes serving as a Technical Publications Engineer I at FICO® from June 2018 to February 2021, where responsibilities involved composing user documentation, creating tutorials, and producing instructional videos. Earlier in the career, Kristen was a Jr. Front End Web Developer at Klinche, Inc., involved in developing user interfaces, and held positions in Quality Assurance, including Manager and Tester. Kristen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from San Jose State University in 2018.
