Natalia Perfetto, MBA, serves as Vice President of Operations at Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY) since November 2016, overseeing operations, compliance, finance, and HR across four California counties while leading a team of six. Natalia has a proven track record in enhancing office experiences, managing facility operations, and implementing cost-effective solutions. Previously, in various roles at FLY, including Director and Associate Director of Operations, Natalia successfully launched new departments and optimized financial operations, significantly improving operational efficiencies. Additional experience includes consulting for Elation Hypercars, Inc., managing operations at Four Points by Sheraton, and providing exceptional customer service at YesVideo. Natalia holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BA in Political Science from San Jose State University.

Founded in 2000, Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY) is an award-winning nonprofit working to break the cycle of juvenile violence, crime, and incarceration. FLY believes that all our children deserve a chance to become more than their past mistakes. FLY’s legal education, leadership training, and mentoring programs motivate and equip youth to change the course of their lives. We are also committed to helping our juvenile justice systems become more just, humane, and equitable. As a result, FLY increases safety in our communities and decreases the costs and consequences of crime. FLY currently operates in Santa Clara, San Mateo, and Alameda Counties.
