Tim Albrecht

Tim Albrecht has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various food manufacturing companies. Tim started their career at Kellogg Company in 2002 as a Human Resource Manager for a 450 union employee manufacturing plant in Kentucky. After three years, they were promoted to a larger 800+ union employee manufacturing plant in Battle Creek, MI. In 2009, they joined ConAgra Foods as a Human Resource Manager, responsible for all aspects of HR in a 1,000+ non-union employee manufacturing plant. During their time there, they implemented a Talent Management program and was an active member of the Rapid Response Task Force. In 2012, Tim Albrecht became the Director of Human Resources at Fresh Mark Inc., a leading supplier of meat products to major grocery chains and restaurants nationwide.

Tim Albrecht holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications (BSC) from Ohio University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including TriMetrix HD Certified (DISC, Driving Forces, Acumen) from TTI in May 2021, SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from the Society for Human Resource Management in June 2011, Human Synergistics in October 2008, and Developmental Dimensions, Inc. (DDI) in April 2002.
