Laura Leon is the Chief Innovation Officer at Fresh People since December 2021. Previously, Laura held various roles at Inditex, including Head Talent Centers & Global Talent Projects Lead, Manager of Corporate Talent Projects, ZARA HRBP in the Product Department, and International HR Asia. At Antal International, Laura served as a Senior HR Consultant, specializing in retail & luxury desk and business development for MNCs in China Mainland. Laura has a diverse educational background, including certifications in Design Thinking, Agile Coach, and a Master's in Innovative HR Management. Laura also holds postgraduate diplomas in Personal and Executive Coaching, Clinical Psychopathology, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona.
