Oliver Reece is the Managing Director at Fresh Thinking Advisory since March 2023. Prior to this, Oliver was the Investment Director at BOOST&Co from March 2021 to December 2022. He also held the same position at Tosca Debt Capital from January 2016 to February 2021 and served as an Investment Manager when the company launched in September 2015. Oliver's experience includes working as an Associate Director in structured finance at Wells Fargo Capital Finance and Barclays Bank, where he focused on debt finance for large corporate clients in the North West. He began his career as a Chartered Accountant at Moore & Smalley after obtaining a degree in Accounting & Finance from Lancaster University. Throughout his career, Oliver has specialized in providing financial solutions and investments to SMEs and mid-market businesses in various sectors.
