Tamara Mallin

Tamara Mallin has over 25 years of experience in the travel industry. Tamara began their career in 1994 as a Travel Counsellor at Bonaventure Travel. In 1999, they became an Independent Travel Consultant/Business Owner. In 2001, they took on the role of Key Account Manager at MyTravel Canada, Sunquest/THN. From 2003 to 2006, they were the Director of Training & Development, Supplier Negotiations at Travel Professionals International. Tamara then became the Business Development Manager, Insight Vacations at The Travel Corporation in 2006. In 2004, they took on the role of Business Investment, Owner, Operation Manager at Afterglow Salon & Wellness Studio. From 2010 to 2016, they were the Director, Sales Support Specialist at Niche Rep Co. During their time at Rocky Mountaineer from 2016 to 2023, they held the roles of National Sales Manager, Canada, National Account Manager, Canada, Regional Business Development Manager, and Director Sales, Canada. Tamara is currently the Director Growth & Strategic Partnerships at Fresh Tracks Canada.

Tamara Mallin obtained a Travel Counsellors Diploma from Robertson Career College between 1993 and 1994, with a field of study in Tourism and Travel Services Management.
