Melchior Huijts

Melchior Huijts is a co-founder at Nimble Processing, focusing on transforming local and sustainable farm produce into healthy ingredients. Melchior is also the founder-in-residence at Fresh Ventures Studio, working on co-founding companies in the food system. Previously, Melchior was a product developer at Vibers, working on bioplastic and bio-concrete technologies. At Rolls-Royce, Melchior chaired the Employee Sustainability Group and worked in various roles in systems design integration and business development. With a background in aerospace engineering, Melchior has also interned at Engineers Without Borders and been involved in student council and committee work at TU Delft.
