Xiaoyu Zhang

Xiaoyu Zhang served as Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Fresh2 starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Fresh2 from August 2022 to January 2023. Xiaoyu also had an internship as a Project Intern at Roxe from September 2022 to December 2022. Previously, they worked as an Assistant at Apifiny from June 2022 to August 2022.

Xiaoyu Zhang completed a Master's degree in Business Analytics from Fordham University from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, Xiaoyu attended Michigan State University from 2016 to 2020 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
