Karyn Ooi

Karyn Ooi is a seasoned product owner with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving product strategy across various organizations. Currently at Fresha since October 2021, Karyn previously held the role of Product Owner at Revolut from September 2018 to September 2021, overseeing multiple product domains, including the Revolut Business mobile app and expense management products. Karyn's earlier experience includes positions as Operations Manager at Revolut, where innovative solutions reduced customer wait times, and as Operations Associate at Uber, focusing on driver engagement metrics. Karyn also worked as a Petroleum Economist at PETRONAS, performing economic evaluations in the oil and gas sector. Karyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed the American Degree Transfer Program in Chemical Engineering at INTI International University.
