Danielle Karas is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in driving growth and managing marketing initiatives across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Manager at FreshBooks since September 2021, Danielle leads the Conversion team and is responsible for the omni-channel strategy focusing on trial conversion and direct upgrades. Prior to FreshBooks, Danielle held multiple marketing and project management roles at TELUS, where responsibilities included developing go-to-market strategies and supporting channel performance during transitions such as COVID-19. Danielle's earlier experience includes recruitment management at the Alma Mater Society of Queen's University and a marketing internship at Shell. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and a Certificate of Employment Relations from Queen's University, as well as an educational experience at ESCP Business School.
