Jasper van Wanrooy

Jasper van Wanrooy is an experienced software engineer and entrepreneur with a diverse background in technology and business development. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer in Payments at FreshBooks since October 2020, Jasper has previously held significant roles such as Principal Cloud Engineer at Coolblue, where the database reliability engineering discipline was established. Co-ownership of Barr & Briggs, a multi-skilled agency, and co-founding Levaleva, an innovative online furniture store, further exemplify Jasper's entrepreneurial spirit. As CTO and Co-Founder of SWYF, an international fashion portal, Jasper contributed to the evolution of community platforms for women. Additionally, earlier experiences include ownership of Royalfish and teaching sailing at Watersportcentrum 't Garijp. Jasper holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management from the University of Groningen.
