Marc Rosen has extensive experience in sales and customer care, with a focus on enhancing customer relationships and driving sales growth. Marc served as the Senior Director of Corporate Sales & Concierge Services at FreshDirect, where they played a key role in increasing company sales and profit margins through the development and implementation of effective sales strategies. Prior to their role at FreshDirect, they were the Sr. Vice President of Sales & Customer Care at Colorado Prime Foods, where they successfully transitioned the sales model and managed call center operations to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.

Marc Rosen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Business Management Science from SUNY Geneseo, graduating in 1986.
