Adam H. Golden

Adam H. Golden is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and life sciences. Currently serving as a Partner and Global Head of Life Sciences at Freshfields since May 2021, Adam previously held the position of Partner and Head of the New York Corporate Practice Group at Hogan Lovells from February 2014 to May 2021. Adam's career began at Kaye Scholer LLP, where a partnership and co-chairing role in the Corporate Department was undertaken from September 1990 to February 2014. Adam holds an AB in Chemistry from Princeton University and a JD from New York University School of Law, complemented by early education at Princeton High School.
