Alexa H. is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in leadership development, strategic projects, and organizational change. Currently serving as a Consultant for Strategic Projects at Freshfields since November 2024, prior roles included Leadership & Career Coach at Ama La Vida and Senior T&OD Manager at New Relic, Inc. From August 2017 to October 2021, Alexa held various positions at EY, including Manager within People Advisory Services and Program Director for US CDP Strategic Initiatives & Operations. Earlier career experiences at Deloitte encompassed roles from Consultant to Temporary Lead Business Program Specialist, and prior to that, a stint as a Research Assistant at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Alexa holds a Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Liberal Studies from Bentley University.
