Jonathan Lee

Jonathan Lee is a Senior Associate in Dispute Resolution at Freshfields, with experience advising international financial institutions and Hong Kong listed companies on various regulatory investigations and internal reviews, including matters related to mis-selling, short-selling, and compliance with SFC and HKMA regulations. In prior roles, Jonathan served as a Trainee Solicitor at Credit Suisse, specializing in APAC Litigation and Investigations. Jonathan holds an MA in Law and a BA in Law from the University of Cambridge, where Jonathan was a Jardine Scholar, and completed secondary education at Dulwich College and Diocesan Boys' School in London.
