Kristina Adey-Davies

Kristina Adey-Davies has extensive work experience in the field of diversity and inclusion. Kristina is currently working at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as the Head of Wellbeing and Inclusion Global. Prior to this, they held roles as the Senior Global Diversity and Inclusion Manager and Global Diversity and Inclusion Manager at the same company. Kristina has also worked as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor at Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England. In addition, they served as the Head of Membership at City Mental Health Alliance and as the Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Fieldfisher. Earlier in their career, they were the Development Director at EmployAbility Ltd and had various roles at Business Disability Forum, including Head of Corporate Member Relations, Publications and E-Resources Manager, and Corporate Account Manager. Kristina also worked in public sales and events at Cirque du Soleil and as a Team Manager in the Management Development Programme at John Lewis.
