Leah Neilly

Leah Neilly is a seasoned legal professional specializing in investment funds, M&A/tax, banking, and private equity. Currently serving as a Secondaries Legal Consultant at Freshfields since October 2024, Leah previously held the role of Vice President and Execution Counsel at Coller Capital from July 2022 to October 2024.
