Randeep Grewal

Randeep Grewal is a seasoned leader in data management and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Data and Analytics at Freshfields since September 2024, where the focus is on driving strategic, data-driven initiatives within the global law firm. Prior roles include Global Head of Centers of Excellence for AI, Strategy, Automation, and Agile at Gilead Sciences, and extensive experience at Red Hat as Vice President of Enterprise Applications, overseeing a large global team and budget. Additional past positions include leading data engineering teams at Lenovo and Delta Data, and product development management roles at SAS Institute and KPMG US. Randeep holds an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management, an MBA from UMass Amherst, an MS from North Carolina State University, and a B.Tech in Textile Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
