Tyler Garrett

Tyler Garrett is an Associate in the Antitrust Competition & Trade Group at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where responsibilities include representing clients in civil antitrust litigation and advising on mergers and acquisitions. Prior experience includes serving as a Law Clerk for the U.S. District Courts, drafting judicial opinions and addressing various legal motions. Tyler has also interned with the Virginia Attorney General’s office, Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, gaining experience in areas such as correctional litigation and antitrust law. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School and a dual Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics from Wheaton College, graduating summa cum laude. Tyler's earlier roles also encompassed public policy research and strategy consulting.
