Raghavendra Venkata Satya

Raghavendra Venkata Satya is an experienced professional in customer success, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at FreshLearn since October 2018. In this role, Raghavendra is responsible for market research, product strategy, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, cross-functional collaboration, user experience design, release management, customer feedback and support, metrics and analytics, product evangelism, and contributing to revenue growth. Prior to this, Raghavendra was a Customer Success Manager, demonstrating excellent communication skills and proven multitasking abilities. Raghavendra began a career in customer relations as a Customer Relations Officer at OpenDG Private Limited from February 2017 to January 2018. Raghavendra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sri Aditya Engineering College, completed in 2014.
