Guillem Pié

Guillem Pié has extensive experience in operations management, specializing in industrial operations. Guillem currently holds the position of Head of Operations at Freshly Cosmetics since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Industrial Operations Manager at ROS Group from January 2020 to September 2022. Before that, they held various roles at Fermator Group, including Industrial Operations Manager in Ets Henri Peignen SA, France from August 2016 to January 2020, Industrial Operations Manager in Enginova Sp. z o.o, Poland from January 2016 to January 2020, Industrial Operations Manager in Tecnidoors S.p.A., Italy from January 2015 to January 2016, and Product Line Manager from June 2013 to January 2015.

Guillem Pié began their education in 2009, studying Mechanical Engineering at Universitat Rovira i Virgili. Guillem completed their degree in this field in 2013. In 2014, they attended Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya to pursue a degree in Organization and Engineering of Production and Management of Industrial Plants (ENGIPLANT), which they completed in 2015. In 2016, Guillem returned to Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya to pursue a Lean Six Sigma degree, specializing in Improvement Programs as a Black Belt. Guillem completed this program in 2017.
