Thom Cunningham-Burley

​Thom joined Freshminds in 2018 and heads up the Consulting Projects team, responsible for placing senior Strategy Consultants and subject matter experts into project and interim roles.

Prior to Freshminds, Thom was MD of an award-winning recruitment firm working with paramedics and emergency healthcare professionals. He brings commercial and operational management experience gained in senior roles within technology, research and insights sectors, and has a background in digital publishing.

He read politics at the University of Bristol and spends his free time being a poor runner, an average squash player, and a devoted dad.
