Nandini N. holds a Ph.D. in Food Science from North Carolina State University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they pursued an M.S. in Food Science at the University of Delaware, completing it from 1990 to 1992. Their educational journey started with a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, General from the University of Mumbai, where they studied from 1984 to 1989.
