Stephanie Behrends

Stephanie Behrends, SHRM-CP, and Certified Life Coach, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Freshpet since February 2020, where responsibilities include supporting management in employee relations, overseeing attendance and performance reports, and facilitating various employee leave processes. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked at Lehigh University in multiple positions, including Operations Coordinator for Development and Alumni Relations and Faculty Coordinator for the College of Business, managing academic processes and faculty documentation. With previous experience as an Employment Manager and HR Generalist at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, along with an early role as a Box Office Intern at The Shawnee Playhouse, Stephanie has developed a diverse range of skills in human resources, administration, and customer service. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Lebanon Valley College.
