Curtis Thompson is a Product Development Technologist at Freshstone Brands Inc., with a tenure starting in July 2022. Prior to this role, Curtis served as a Research Assistant at the University of Alberta from August 2021 to June 2022, where responsibilities included developing a pH-shifted pea protein binding agent for meat analogue products, conducting sample preparation, and performing texture profile analysis and rheological data collection, as well as data analysis and presentation.
