Kirsten Mak

Kirsten Mak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and Executive Administration at Freshstone Brands Inc. since October 2022, Kirsten previously worked at McMaster University as an Assistant Manager from February 2018 to October 2022, focusing on staff leadership, policy enforcement, and inventory management. Prior to that, Kirsten was a Unit Manager at Compass Group, where oversight of a high-volume Starbucks location led to significant improvements in audit scores and revenue, and also held roles as an Office Administrator and Supervisor at Bell Creekbank. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the University of Guelph and completed continuing education at McMaster University.
