Nabil Gerges is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement within the food industry. Currently serving as Senior Continuous Improvement Manager at Freshstone Brands Inc. since April 2021, Nabil has previously held key roles including Product Development Manager and Senior Product Developer. At The Fresh Food Group, Nabil worked as a Senior Product Developer, while earlier positions included Quality System Manager at Tiffany Gate Foods, Inc., and Regulatory Affairs Manager at FrieslandCampina. A significant portion of Nabil's career was spent at Nestlé, where notable achievements included serving as Market Sensory & 60/40+ Manager and earning recognition as HACCP Champion in multiple regions. Nabil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Cairo University, which complements a robust background in food safety, quality management systems, and sensory evaluation.
