Douglas Bond is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in product development and innovation within the food industry. At Freshway Foods since 2013, Douglas has led new product initiatives as a Product Development Manager and Chef. Prior to this, tenure as Director of Culinary and Corporate Executive Chef at Papa Johns involved developing high-quality food and beverage innovations. Douglas also served as Director of Culinary Operations at Brinker International, enhancing the quality and efficiency of Chili’s offerings, and held roles as Executive Corporate Chef R&D at Chef Solutions and Executive Chef at LSG Sky Chefs, focusing on culinary product development and strategic business initiatives. Academic credentials include an AOS in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and a BME in Music Education from Howard Payne University, along with studies at Baylor University and Metropolitan Community College.
