Arvind Ravindran

Arvind Ravindran is a seasoned engineering leader currently serving as Vice President of Engineering and Distinguished Engineer at Freshworks since June 2013. In the role of Chief Architect for Freshworks Neo, Arvind drives the architectural vision and implementation of the platform. Previously, as Director of Engineering, responsibilities included managing the Freshdesk product development team and overseeing engineering processes. Arvind's prior experience includes a position as Engineering Lead at Shopo.in, where the team was responsible for product design and development before the company was acquired by Snapdeal. Earlier roles at VMware involved significant contributions to the ESX resource management group, focusing on VMkernel development. Arvind's career began with an internship at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, following a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
