Lead – Revenue Enablement

Benjamin Bowles is currently the Lead of Revenue Enablement at Freshworks and a member of both the Revenue Enablement Society and the Sales Enablement Collective. With extensive experience in sales and revenue enablement, Benjamin previously served as Sales Enablement Manager at Nasuni, where significant improvements in onboarding and customer satisfaction were achieved. As Senior Sales Trainer at Labster, Benjamin led global revenue enablement, optimizing training programs and sales processes. Earlier roles included various positions in sales and account management, notably at Kforce Inc and Dairy Queen, demonstrating a strong ability to drive sales growth and improve team performance. Benjamin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
