Chitra Gohad

Chitra Gohad is a skilled product designer with extensive experience in user experience and visual design. Currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at Freshworks since October 2024, Chitra previously held the position of Senior Lead UX Designer at Amagi Corporation from August 2016 to October 2024, where contributions included improving the user experience of Amagi CLOUDPORT and redefining the Amagi Cloudport product for TV and OTT applications. Earlier roles include Lead UX Designer and UX Designer at Amagi Corporation, as well as a Visual Designer at Amazon from February 2014 to June 2016. Chitra began the professional journey at HolidayIQ as a Senior User Experience Designer from January 2013 to January 2014. Chitra holds a Master of Design in Interaction Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Typography from Rachana Sansad College of Art & Craft.
