Deeptha Mohan

Deeptha Mohan currently serves as the Director, Head of Central PMO, and Director of Program Management at Freshworks since January 2022, focusing on the Freshservice - EX Business. Prior to Freshworks, Deeptha held the position of Senior Manager in Program Management at Accenture from August 2021 to January 2022, specializing in Agile Coaching and Product Practices. Deeptha contributed significantly to Best Buy from August 2017 to July 2021 as Associate Director of Agile Coaching, co-founding the Agile & Product Practices capability, and previously served in various roles including Principal Scrum Master and Senior Manager in Shared Services. Deeptha's earlier experience includes over a decade at Wipro Limited, leading operations and project management efforts that resulted in substantial cost savings and productivity enhancements. Deeptha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai, completed in 2005.
