Dwaraknath K

Dwaraknath K is a Product Specialist in Customer Support at Freshworks since December 2023, having previously held the position of Graduate Trainee in the same department. Prior experience includes serving as Chairperson of SSEC GFG SB from September 2021 to April 2023 and a brief internship at Zoho in April 2022. Dwaraknath has also been actively involved in leadership roles, such as IEEE SSEC SB Technical Lead from April 2021 to April 2022, and has worked as a Marketing Coordinator at SOFTRATE. Additionally, multiple Campus Ambassador roles and a Community Influencer position have been undertaken at various organizations. Dwaraknath holds a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from Sri Sairam Engineering College, completed in April 2023, and graduated from Kendriya Vidyalaya in 2019.
