Matthew Tavlin

Matthew Tavlin is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for Global Go-To-Market at Freshworks since November 2023, Matthew previously held similar positions at Cohesity and Pure Storage. With a progressive career at VMware, Apigee, Cisco Systems, and Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Matthew has developed expertise in HR operations, talent management, and strategic planning. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
